Lot Attendant:

Prepared:

Reports to: Sales Manager

Summary: Assists in the daily operations of the sales department as directed.

Essential Duties/Skills are as follows:

• Assist with the stocking in and/or checking in of new and used vehicles as directed
• Prepare sold vehicles for delivery as required
• Maintaining and replenishing the new and used car inventory lots
• Maintain and safeguard all dealership owned vehicles, tools and equipment

• Ability to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously

• Ability to work outdoors in various climate conditions
• Ability to pay attention to details, listen and understand information and directions that are communicated by others
• Posses’ valid New York State drivers license, and maintain it in good standing as defined by the dealerships insurance company
• Punctual, consistent, and reliable attendance is required.

• Communicates directly with the sales manager for daily work plans

Qualifications: Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information. Ability to work effectively, communicates, and works in a fast paced environment. Punctual, consistent, and reliable attendance is required.
